Hybrid is a design consultancy founded by its Creative Director, Mike Hall. The company draws on a network of talented individuals to bring you exactly what you need, when you need it. We’ve all worked together on many different projects but because we also work apart, we stay fresher.

We apply creative thinking and intelligent design to help build brands, market products and ideas, and connect businesses to their audiences.

We are passionate about what we do, and believe our clients receive the benefit of a fresh and energetic approach, combined with a wealth of experience.

Hybrid was founded over 14 years ago by Mike Hall, following a successful design career at three leading London agencies– The Partners, SAS Design and Wechsler.

With over 25 years experience as a designer and creative director, Mike brings valuable experience in a wide range of sectors, from aerospace to financial services, and healthcare to legal and telecoms.

Previous clients have included Arcapita, BBA Group, CDC, Centrica, Ericsson, Janus Capital International, Land Securities, Lovells, Mayer Brown, Morgan Stanley, NM Rothschild, Novartis, Siemens, UBS and Wolseley.

Our approach

We recognise it is a particularly challenging period for many businesses and we believe Hybrid is well placed to meet the pressures placed on marketing departments who are still looking to deliver a quality product but efficiently.

We listen to your needs and respond accordingly. Each project will be costed out and resourced appropriately. We ensure the right amount of resources are at hand for the project, but no more than necessary.
