Leaders in mind

Parsons Talent Consulting works with Boards and executives in ensuring Talent that delivers, innovates and leads sustainably. They provide expert advice and support to leading organisations on people and organisational strategy. They required a new identity which communicates effectively to their target audience and supports the needs of developing the business.

Aligning people to business strategy is key. Identifying potential and helping to maximize it.

Our solution was to develop a concept which visually captured that in a world of increasing business complexity, a one size approach doesn’t fit all. PTC find the right fit and don’t force square pegs into round holes. The different shapes that made up the logo represented key attributes – the circle, 360 degree training; the triangle, career development and reaching the top; the plus sign, adding value; the square, strength of character and the hexagon, the multi-faceted expertise required at board level.

We developed a tag line for them which captured what they do – they get inside the minds of business leaders and understand their needs and profiles – matching key attributes to individuals. We called it ‘Leaders in mind

Project summary

Branding • Online • Presentations • PowerPoint • Stationery

Hybrid Creative helped our consulting business to conceptualise and communicate our proposition in a way which clients understand and can engage with. This entailed developing branding in terms of a look and feel for our business materials as well as designing our website.

Setting up the website was made very easy, the interface with Hybrid’s technical team was user friendly and we continue to use their expertise two years later.

We get a lot of positive feedback on the design of our reports and the website, which allows us to communicate complex and diverse services in a simple and impactful way.

Clients now recognise our branding, it’s a positive differentiator and we can’t imagine how we operated without it.
